Nikki Bennett: Author, Editor, Artist.

I’m a writer first and foremost. Most of my free time is spent writing. I’ve published nine young adult/middle age books and one adult book (the adult book is listed under a pen name–Sandi Penniman). I’m currently writing my magnum opus, tentatively called The Fall of Avalon.

I’m also an editor. I have edited several books as both an editor for my company Firedrake Books, LLC, and independently for select authors. Freelance, I edit mostly fiction, but I have also both written and edited several technical manuals in the environmental field in my full-time job as an environmental scientist.

Because I still juggle a full-time job along with all my other projects, I am currently only selecting a couple of editing projects to work with each year. I am open for new projects as of this posting.

I am also an artist. I have created several of my own book designs but have started designing other’s book covers as well.
